Meet the people behind Boutique Apartments

Boutique Apartments™ represents a whole new idea in apartment living. And the people behind it have spent many years building the experience to get it right.

 

Zvi Rudawsky, CPM ® is a Principal at Boutique Apartments and is responsible for the daily operations. Zvi (say “Zvee”) has an extensive background of more than 20 years of experience in real estate operations including property management, asset management, real estate owned (REO) management, appraisal, due diligence, construction management and asset disposition.

Previously, Zvi managed a $100 million portfolio of 1,650 apartment units for Woodhaven Management Company, LLC, and was responsible for all aspects of property operations including asset, property, and construction management. His duties also included the direct supervision of Woodhaven’s 65 employees. Before that, he managed a 165,000 square foot portfolio of office properties for Omni/Key Bank in Denver.

Zvi began his career in real estate with Home American Mortgage Company where he was responsible for the management, rehabilitation, and disposition of Home American’s $22 million REO portfolio. He holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM), is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, and holds the certified residential real estate appraiser license. He also served as President of the Northern Colorado chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) from 2002-2003. Zvi is also active in several charitable organizations including the Epilepsy Foundation of America. He’s a Denver native and graduate of Colorado State University. He lives in Denver with his wife Staci and their children Alyssa and Derek.
