Half-Price for Life Out There, Nov 3

The latest from the Denver Museum of Nature and Science features an evening of science, music and sound, as astrobiologist David Grinspoon and friends ponder the possibility of life in the universe. All for half-price. Cool.

LIFE OUT THERE
David Grinspoon, PhD, curator of astrobiology, and Ka Chun Yu, PhD,  curator of space science, and THE HOUSE BAND TO THE UNIVERSE
(featuring Dave Watts of the Motet and members of Perry Weisman 3)

What is life, really? How did it begin on Earth and where else might we find it in our solar system and beyond? Grinspoon and Yu will take you on a mind-blowing trip through space and time to search for clues to life, from the infant Earth where life first arose to the mysterious, promising depths of Saturn’s strangely vibrant moons.
Your journey will include state-of-the-art digital visuals and live musical interpretation by House Band to the Universe. Presented with support from the NASA Astrobiology Institute.

Stay afterwards for a cash bar and “meet & greet” with the scientists and musicians.
