Change is good. And Boutique Apartments is getting in on some of the action. We have two new additions and one sad farewell ...

Aimee Landry has moved into a Property Manager position overseeing the whole of Boutique Apartments. Consider her the leader of the pack. Julia Warren has stepped up as Community Manager to pick up where Aimee left off. Julia is here for all your management needs and questions.

Rachel Winings will be the new assistant Leasing/Community Manager extraordinaire, and will take Elise’s place as Elise has decided to move on to Raleigh, North Carolina to pursue a career in real estate sales.

We’re sad to see Elise go, but wish her well in the Tarheel state!
