Our “Spread the Cheer” campaign continues this week with an Open House at Red Fort, on Saturday, December 5, from 1:30 - 4:30 pm. Red Fort is located at 136 S. Pennsylvania Street, and has 1-bedroom apartments available starting at $765 per month.

Tour any Boutique Apartments property between now and December 23 and enter for a chance to win fabulous prizes, including iPods and local business gift certificates.

First Prize: 160 GB iPod
Second Prize: $100 gift certificate to Watercourse Foods
Third Prize: $50 gift certificate to Mod Livin’

In addition, you’ll have your own opportunity to “spread the cheer” by donating to your choice of three local non-profits, including SafeHouse Denver, Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center, and the MaxFund Animal Shelter.
