Location, location, location.

Our buildings are all located in central Denver, in the Capitol Hill, Cheesman Park, Congress Park, Uptown, and West Wash Park neighborhoods. Which means that you’re in the center of a lot of activity.

Restaurants, coffee shops and parks are only a short walk or bike-ride away; these ‘hoods all boast a high walkability score.

What’s a walkability score? It’s a score between 1-100 that rates the closeness of stores, restaurants, schools, parks, etc. All of our properties have very high scores!

capitol hill neighborhood

Capitol Hill is the hip-happening area of Denver that separates downtown from the more western neighborhoods. It sports Denver's famous Capitol building at its western Lincoln Ave. end and continues east to Corona. It's bordered on the north and south by Colfax and 8th, respectively, and is a favorite area for hip bars and restaurants, live music and unique shopping experiences. Wax Trax Records, Penn Street Perk, and Buffalo Clothing Exchange all have a home here.

congress park neighborhood

Congress Park, the quiet cousin of Capitol Hill, is a great residential neighborhood. Lots of historic homes, quiet tree-lined streets, and niches of small businesses ... like Wildflowers gift shop, Dazbog coffee, and Under the Umbrella bakery. Congress park is bordered by Colfax Ave. on the north, 8th Ave. on the south, York St. on the west, and Colorado Blvd. on the east.

cheesman park neighborhood

In the middle of Central Denver lies Cheesman Park, a neighborhood and a park, the latter of which is a great for people- and dog-watching. Grand turn-of-the century homes line many of the streets. Nearby you'll find Lik's Ice Cream, a landmark in its own right on a hot summer night.

uptown neighborhood

The Uptown neighborhood runs north of Colfax to 20th, and includes a diverse array of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. St. Mark's Coffeehouse and The Thin Man are popular hangouts, and new eateries such as Steuben's and D Line Desserts are popping up daily.

speer neighborhood

This neighborhood is just south of Capitol Hill and is another great Denver location full of historic homes, quiet streets, but with the proximity to the bustling South Broadway corridor. Cafe Europa and Carmine's on Penn are favorites, and just a few blocks away is the Mayan Theater, Sputnik and Hi-Dive, and a great selection of restaurants and bars, from the hip and trendy to the classic.
