Application Request

In order for you to be considered for residency, you’ll need to meet the following criteria.

* Your verifiable monthly income is at least 2 times the rent for the apartment you’re applying for.
* You do not have an open bankruptcy.
* You haven’t had an eviction judgement within the last 5 years.
* You do not owe money to a previous landlord.
* You’ve never been convicted of, or don’t have a pending charge for, a crime involving people, property or controlled substances.

If your answer is ‘Yes’ to all of the statements above, please proceed. If your answer is ‘No’ or ‘I Don’t Know’, please call our office for further clarification.
