Originally built in 1885 during the silver rush, the Tabor Grand in Leadville, Colorado was a prestigious hotel, and had many famous guests including Molly Brown and Doc Holiday. Renovated in 2015 to preserve its Colorado history, the Tabor Grand is now home to 37 one- and two-bedroom income-restricted apartments, while street-level shops occupy the ground level. These newly renovated apartments feature kitchens with maple cabinetry, electric range and dishwasher. This pet-friendly building has shared laundry, elevator access and 24-hr emergency maintenance. Please note: These apartments are income restricted with maximum income levels based on the number and occupants and total combined income. There is a 12 month lease minimum and photos may not be representative of all apartments.

Leadville Neighborhood
Located 2 hours west of Denver, the city of Leadville, Colorado is a quaint historic mining town surrounded by some of the best outdoor activities the Rockies have to offer. Walk to the shops and dining in downtown Leadville, or hike, bike or fish right in the neighborhood. Abundant options for hiking and trail running are all around, from the easy Mineral Belt trail to the challenges of summiting Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive. In the winter, Leadville offers many great skiing options; Ski Cooper is just outside town, Copper Mountain is only 20 miles away, and Vail is 35 miles.
