COVID-19 Updates from Boutique Apartments

Updated: March 25, 2021

Our team at Boutique Apartments has been closely monitoring the spread and impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The health and safety of our employees and customers is of utmost importance to us.

We are diligently monitoring CDC recommendations and are following the local, state, and federal developments regarding the health and economic impacts.

We ask that everyone work together through this challenging time. It is everyone’s responsibility to help stop the spread of this virus and we believe the steps outlined below will help. Please note this plan is fluid and can change as the progression of the virus and information is updated.

Please watch this page for continuing updates regarding our steps in preventing the spread of COVID-19, and for any operational changes to our business.

OFFICE & LEASING

  • Business Operations: We are open as an essential business with normal operating hours and are available for your needs via email or phone. However, due to the City of Denver’s Stay at Home Public Health Order, our leasing offices located in Denver, as well as our corporate office located at 574 Santa Fe Dr. Denver, CO 80204 are closed to the public.

  • Staffing: A limited number of employees will be available during this time to continue operations remotely. Please be patient with our communication as we will be staffed with a smaller crew than usual.

  • Safety: All of our employees practice recommended social distancing, hand hygiene and mask protocols.

  • Leasing: Our leasing team can help you find an apartment virtually via phone or email, with our virtual 3D tours, photos, floor plans and videos. In addition, we are offering in-person tours with safety requirements at select properties. All applications must be filled out online.

Please check with your leasing agent or property manager for details.

For residents who feel ill or have been identified as positive for COVID-19, please follow the advice below.

  • Stay in your apartment and let building management know you are feeling sick by contacting us at the contact info below. Separate yourself from other residents and pets.

  • Before leaving to go to the doctor, call ahead to let them know.

  • If you need to leave your apartment to go to a doctor, please wear a mask over your nose and mouth (or in the absence of a mask, use a scarf or handkerchief) and disposable gloves. Discard these items upon return and/or wash immediately.

  • Any co-residents should use a face mask and or gloves when in the same room as you.

  • Do not use public transportation, ride sharing, or taxis.

  • Do not enter any public areas in the building.

  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue, discard immediately in a lined trashcan, and wash your hands immediately afterwards following the steps noted above.

  • Do not share personal items (dishes, utensil, cups, bedding, towels, etc.)

  • Clean all high-touch surfaces every day.

It’s very important for everyone to stay up to date and follow the most recent guidance provided by health officials. You should direct your questions to the local/public health department or the CDC.

The CDC prevention information includes:

  • Wash hands often with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds. If soap and water are unavailable, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Stay home when you are sick.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue away.

  • Frequently clean and disinfect touched objects and surfaces.
