Turntable Studios Gears Up for Construction Tours

Starting this week, Boutique Apartments will be conducting construction tours of Turntable Studios, Denver’s first micro-apartment community.

Located at 1975 Mile High Stadium Circle, Turntable offers 168 completely renovated, space-efficient studios. Each apartment has been redesigned with clever built-in storage, a juliet balcony, and brand new kitchenettes, complete with a space-saving convection microwave oven and induction cooktop. Also available are a limited number of larger 1-br and 2-br penthouse apartments. Community amenities include a top-floor resident lounge, outdoor pool and grilling area, workout facility, covered bike racks, skyline or mountain views, additional storage, and reserved parking.

Excitement Builds Around Avenue 8 Apartments

Boutique Apartments is excited to report that construction is moving along at a rapid pace at Avenue 8 Apartments, thanks to the hard work of Rosemark Development Group, Brinkmann Construction, and a host of other professionals.

The exterior is looking very polished, with its contemporary color scheme, new windows and metal balconies. On the inside, progress is being made with drywall, electrical and plumbing, and prepping for flooring, tile, paint, lighting,  appliances and more.
